Our Team

Our team of designers encourage you to try another service with whomever you like.

If you are dissatisfied with one of our stylists please call us within 10 days. It may be something simple that can be remedied quickly. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, redo services must be scheduled with the original service provider and we cannot issue refunds.

Gift Cards

Studio Z Salon gift cards are valid until one year after issue date, after that, the gift card is redeemable for the dollar value.

Cancellations

Studio Z Salon requires a 24 hour notification to cancel or reschedule appointments. Missed appointments may result in a credit card left on file to reserve future appointments.

Children

Children are always welcome but must be under the supervision of an adult not receiving services. A salon is not a safe environment for children due to chemicals, heated equipment and sharp instruments. We do not claim responsibility for accidents that might occur while your child is unattended by you. A quiet activity is recommended for all children as to not disrupt other services that are being performed.

Studio Z Salon stands behind all our hair care and make-up. Should you find dissatisfaction with products purchased at Studio Z Salon, we will gladly…

  • Exchange the product for another.
  • Apply the proper credit towards a service.
  • Apply the proper credit onto a gift card.

All exchanges within 30 days please.
Based on the amount of product used, we may deem partial credit.
All sale, clearance, and special order sales are final sale.
Boutique items may be returned within 30 days in original condition with tags attached and we will issue you a credit in the original form paid.
